Social Media Meets E-Ship BBQ This Friday
This Friday afternoon we are having a cookout at Spring Creek Park for Penn Staters who have a passion for web 2.0, social media, and entrepreneurship. The event is being jointly organized by David Adewumi, Liz Kisenwether from the E-Ship Minor, and me.
The weather forecast says it will be 70 degrees and sunny, so it’ll be a fun time with burgers, hot dogs, and kickball. More importantly, we want this to be a valuable networking opportunity for people with common interests within the university.

Update: Looks like we will probably be changing the location for tomorrow’s BBQ because of a drastic change in weather forecast. Our new proposed location is Indian Pavilion for dinner. The date is still tomorrow, Friday, and the time is 6pm. We got the group price of the meal to $15/person (including tax and gratuity), so make sure to bring cash. Please be sure to change your RSVP accordingly. Hope to see you there!
