FriendFeed itself is a “lifestreaming” app that is one big feed for pretty much everything associated with your web presence. Your blogs, delicious, flickr, twitter, Google Reader, etc. You can see my FriendFeed here as an example.

Like any social application, our IST FriendFeed room only gets better as more people get involved. We would like to ask for every IST Building reader to embrace this tool.
