About IST Building
IST Building is an underground, bottom-up, grass-roots organization that serves as a platform for members of the IST community to voice their opinions, thoughts, and ideas. You could say that IST Building is a combination of IST2U and MIST. Through independent “citizen journalism” the site aims to provide immediate and newsworthy content. As a student owned and driven organization, IST Building fosters an environment that connects, strengthens, and expands the IST community. Our forum and blog incubate ideas through discussion and discourse with the purpose of improving the College of IST.
At IST Building, technology is the enabler. IST Building staff strive to find (or develop) plug-ins, widgets, and features that make the website more interactive and effective.
